How to Install dirac software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

dirac software package provides open and royalty free high quality video codec - commandline utilities, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install dirac

dirac is installed in your system.

Make ensure the dirac package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dirac *

You will get with dirac package name, version, architecture and description in a table
